Its main activity is the sale and distribution of paper product to the graphic and office segment. Over the past few years, it consolidated its position among the paper merchants, being a market leader in Europe.
The Group has sold annually about one million tons. In Portugal, it is the market leader with a market share approaching 50%. In Spain - after the recent acquisition of EBIX - became the third largest player in the market, with a market share exceeding 20%. The French market, where it ranks second, and the German market, which is in third place, represent approximately 75% of the total business of the Group in this business.
With about 300 trucks daily in circulation and a storage area with over 180 thousand square meters, Inapa is able to share its management logistics with its clients, with their resulting gains in efficiency and productivity. The Group combines expertise in logistics and a deep knowledge of the paper industry, becoming a reference in logistic services for the printing industry.
Inapa bases its approach on high standards of service. It offers a range of products with 12 000 paper references and, in parallel, through its Office paper brand Inapa Tecno, the Group also offers a variety of toners and inks with a wide acceptance among customers for its performance in terms of print quality and productivity. The partnership developed between the German operation and the manufacturers of paints and Vanson Siegwerk has brought a new impetus to this sector.
As a reference service provider to the graphic sector, Inapa has developed a global offering of products and services. In addition to paper, the product range of the Group now includes, graphic supplies, such as paints, cleaners, additives, printing blankets, sheets and coatings, among others. It also provides technical advice to its more than 70,000 clients through experienced and specialized teams, which contribute equally to the productivity and success of their production.
Office segment also has a wide range of stationery products, which meet the needs of any company.
The Group, in Germany, offers logistics services that are already a reference and factoring services through the PMF (Print Media Factoring GmbH) where, through modern interfaces the customer can get diverse information and manage their account.
With regard to the logistics services levels, Inapa also ensures delivery within 24 hours anywhere in the seven European countries where it operates, from its 28 warehouses and logistics platforms, reaching more than 5000 deliveries per day.
Over the past years Inapa had an active role on the consolidate of the European paper merchant market. In its five core markets, the Group is in the top three of the largest players, being the 4th largest paper distributor in Europe.
