From 1 July 2020, Papier Union GmbH and Papyrus Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG have merged and will operate under the Inapa Deutschland GmbH brand. This concludes the merger process of the two companies dedicated to the distribution of paper for the graphic and office segments in Germany. Inapa Deutschland now employs more than 1,000 people and is headquartered in Hamburg.

By combining the businesses of Papier Union and Papyrus Deutschland, with a unified product range and stronger logistics, Inapa becomes the largest paper distributor in Western Europe, not only in size, but also in value proposition. This is the Group's strategic response to current and future challenges in the paper market.

In Germany, Inapa also owns Inapa Packaging GmbH and Inapa ComPlott GmbH, dedicated to the packaging and visual communication business segments, respectively.
